 We can’t begin to thank you for what you have done!  I told Jan last night as we left the dealership that for the first time ever I felt as if somebody cared, that you and Matt and Mr. LaRiche actually were interested in our well being.  Do you have any idea how that makes us feel?  You are truly a wonderful person and we will never forget this night and the numbness that it brought.  I told Jan to pinch me on the way home last night and what did she do but slapped my arm.  We are both overwhelmed and will never forget the kindness, thoughtfulness and respect that you and the staff at the dealership provided to us.  You have definitely gained a customer for life!!!!!

 Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!  God Bless you all.

 PS - There was a bulletin from the Vatican in Rome from the Pope, something about a shortage of Holy Water in the United States and that there was rumor of a miracle that was performed in the state of Ohio………..  Do you know anything about that???????   Take care!!!!!

Robert Tong explained all the functions, went through the owners manual, answered all my questions. Again, this gentleman knows his trade inside-out. I would give Robert a A+ on his outstanding salesmanship, as well as manners.

It's not always the product one is loyal to but rather the person, but in this case I'm just fortunate to have both product loyalty and salesman loyalty.  How lucky is that?

This is our second vehicle from this dealer and we would go back in the future. I have recommended this dealer and salesman. I live an hour away, so I will probably not go back for servicing, but if I am in the area.
